Online Booking and Payment
Booking and Payment is probably the most powerful and most complex of all our modules. This module can be used for following booking types.
Booking is used with all our products and basically looks like this:

Operators own products and make them available for booking (and/or inquiry). Online, Advance Bookings Customers book the product online. The system offers multiple payment methods (credit card, invoice, cash) and payment amounts (deposit, full, other). Each booking is confirmed by automated email (optional to customer, agent, operator, store owner and system administrator). Attachment to the email may include invoice, voucher and itinerary (PDF). On-The-Spot (Point-Of-Sales) Bookings Enter bookings into the backend system for immediate arrival or departure. The system will accept offline payment methods, incl. credit cards and cash. (Module Operator required) All Bookings ToursOnTheWeb not only stores customer's data, but also keeps track of the agent (organisation and staff) and the web store for commission purposes. Reporting includes availability listings, bank reconciliation, profit calculation, taxation overview. |
