The Hotel Accommodation module gives you the possibility to store, list and sell a multitude of different accommodation products.

The application is very flexible and features a multitude of settings to arrange for these "different" accommodations. The structure however is the same for all of them:

Per Hotel you can specify a complete description, enter lots of pictures, comments, quality level and amenities. The hotel or vacation home can be included in a Package if required. Options and discounts can be specified per accommodation, for example salon, sauna or tennis.

Resorts and larger Hotels also provide Entertainment in the hotel, like Shows, Presentations, Music/Dance and Games. You can schedule these and "Today's Entertainment" will appear on the home page with the complete schedule on the details.

Availability includes allotment and capacity per unit/room type per seasons, per day of the week. There can be multiple availability schemas (low/high season, weekday/weekend) per unit/room type. Occupancy is defined with minimum/maximum number of people (adults, children) per room.

Prices per availability schema are based on rate groups (standard, corporate, student, senior) and length of stay and is either per person, per room or per unit. Off course you can enter standard supplements for what's included in the price: breakfast, half board, full board or all-inclusive.
