Software Licenses and Installations

The ToursOnTheWeb software is available as "Listing Service" on The Tours-And-Activities Mall. This means that you can signup at an already running, full-featured installation, where you can list your products at no charge at all. 

The listings are marketed centrally and offered to the world through a world-wide network of professional tourism operators, sales and web agents with assistance of dedicated country and regional managers.

This Service is a stand-alone system that cannot be customized for one customer. It features ALL modules in all languages without limitations.  You can either list your product and have the customer contact you directly, or you can accept online bookings. We accept deposit payments from customers and send out email confirmations with invoices.

We also offer the opportunity to create your own web store with specific features like your own home page, banners, colors, data filters and menus. There is a tiny fee of one US$ per day (payable annually).

Software As A Service means that we provide the licensee access to a fully operating ToursOnTheWeb system that includes all modules in all languages. You, the Licensee, will be able to list your products and packages accept regular as well as on-the-spot bookings with deposit, partial and full payment from his customers.

You share the installation with other - invisible and unknown - tourism operators. The application can be configured for your purposes but can NOT be customised for any specific customer. You do NOT have direct access to the server, the database or program source code. 

Software As A Service includes professional hosting as well as unlimited email support. Software updates and new releases are applied automatically. Training is available at a daily charge if needed. The fee is either US$ 199 per month or US$ 1999 per year.

Application Rental means that we provide the licensee access to a fully operating, customisable ToursOnTheWeb system that includes all modules in all languages. You, the Licensee, will be able to list your products and packages accept regular as well as on-the-spot bookings with deposit, partial and full payment from his customers.

You will have your own installation not shared with others. You can configure the system (e.g. security, code tables, translations). You do NOT have direct access to the server, the database or program source code. 

An application service includes professional hosting as well as unlimited email support. Customizations and Training are available at a daily charge. The fee is either US$ 499 per month or US$ 4999 per year.
