| ToursOnTheWeb is a great and really versatle, comprehensive software suite. You and your administrators will like our
helpdesk with the possibility to ask questions and get a timely and correct answer (by Email). You will also have
access to the online Administrator Help-file and our online database with technical advice and background information.

 Software support also includes FREE updates of newer releases, so
that you can stay current with new features, options and technology.

We charge 15% of the one-time software license fee for functional support
of up to 5 administrators. Please ask for more detailed pricing.
Note: Software support is included with every Application Service.

You may use your Full License or Application service to sell the offerings of a
multitude of suppliers (like hotels). You can give these suppliers direct
access to the backend where they can maintain their own data and read the
online Help. We can support these suppliers for you if necessary, where we
will charge a small amount per issue.

| The ToursOnTheWeb Software includes a comprehensive
online help file. Additionally there is the option for a support agreement where
you can ask functional and technical questions plus have access to our
online database. Both of these are great once
you have started working with the system.

| The advantage of specific training
is that our trainer can advice more than one administrator about the ins and outs of the
system at the same Time. All or most of your staff
would know what to do and none of them will have to look around, ask and lose
valuable time. Training is worth the effort because the system is explained
and demonstrated in detail.

| We can train your staff at your location if you are located
in North America or Europe. Call us if you are based in another country and still
require training. We will certainly be able to help you out (for example by
conference call or online).

We are sure that you like the product, but even then you might like your very own version and
changes. YOUR choice of layout or YOUR order processing might be
just a little different. Maybe you like to integrate with another system? We can customise your system to meet your exact requirements so
you can make optimal use of this product.
Note 1: please be aware that quite some changes are made available dynamically
through the database, where you don't have to make any changes to the application at all,
for example: define your own home page, custom pages, phrases and
email messages; set your page-, button- and text-colors and background picture;
enter inventory, lookup values and system settings; upload and use images and photos.
Note 2: You will need to signup for an application service if you need customising.
