The United States is one of the most influential countries in the world in regards of politics, economy and military. The "American Dream", "The New World" and "Big Brother" all relate to the USA. There is a lot of natural beauty to be discovered, mostly but not solely located in National Parks (like Yellowstone and Grand Canyon). And of course there are the large Burgers and Soft Drinks that are typical for this part of the world.

San Diego is one of the nicest cities in the USA, so they say. It's location as well as climate are very pleasant. San Diego is known for the zoo, the naval base and its proximity to Mexico.

The US has changed in 2025. A cool wind is coming from Washington DC and seems to affect foreigners the most. Do consider this strong current that may blow you away before travelling there. A warmer breeze may return by the end of 2026.
