South America is full of nature with clear highlights: a) the Amazon River Basin aka “the lungs of the world”, b) the Andes Mountains, the highest peaks outside of the Himalayas and c) wild Patagonia. Most people speak either Spanish or Portuguese, everyone likes music and dance.
Amazon
The Amazon is by far the largest river in the world. It contains at least 5 times more water than any other river on the planet. Only the Nile in Africa comes close in regards of length, but nothing is comparable for volume.
