Departure for the Abu Simbel excursion takes place very early in the morning. In such cases, alternatives will be offered to preserve the sightseeing program.Excursions are conducted by a English-speaking Egyptologist guide and take place alternately in air-conditioned coaches or small local boats, with audio guides provided for greater comfort during visits. To fully enjoy the sites, the program includes a sustained pace with early departures.Frequent traffic congestion in Luxor and Cairo, due to heavy traffic or religious events, may disrupt the schedule of certain excursions.Some excursions may be sold directly on board by the ship’s crew.
