Ohrid is located at the lake with the same name. It is known for once having 365 churches, one for each day of the year. The city is rich in picturesque, with lots of nature and therefore quite touristy.

Skopje is capital and largest city of Macedonia.

Kumanovo is the 2nd largest city of Macedonia. It has many historical sites incl. the 4,000-year-old megalithic astronomical observatory of Kokino (nearby).
