Luang Prabang is a pleasant city at the Mekong river, with traditional Laos-style buildings ( Unesco-heritage). There are boat connections up-stream to Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Vang Vieng (15)
Vang Vieng dulunya adalah kota tempat banyak orang Barat (khususnya kaum muda) datang ke pesta, namun setelah beberapa kecelakaan mematikan, pesta-pesta "jahat" itu tidak ada lagi.
