This fantastic tour to South Korea and Japan begins in the charming capital city of Seoul, wherein you take the subway to reach City Hall and see the tsunami-shaped building and Deoksugung Palace, known as the Palace of Virtue and Longevity. The next day, enjoy a guided tour of Changdeokgung Palace, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, War Memorial, to learn about the Korean War and more in Seoul. Continue your journey to 600-year-old Gyeongbokgung Palace, followed by leaving for SUWON, the former capital of Korea. Here, you will visit the iconic Samsung Innovation Museum and finally move towards the final destination of the day, Jeonju. Stroll in the old town of Jeonju, dotted with traditional houses and restaurants. The next day, leave for Busan while stopping at Haeinsa, an 802 Buddhist temple and Museum of Oriental Medicines in Daegu. Continue your journey to Mount Koya, one of the sacred mountains in Japan. Attend a meditation session, spend a night at the monastery, and experience life as monks live. The next day, leave for Kyoto, Japan's ancient capital, and visit the Shinto Shrine of Fushimi Inari, the Imperial Palace, and the ancient Kinkakuji temple. Travel to Tokyo the following day via bullet train and experience the nightlife in the Shinjuku district. Spend time in Tokyo exploring important shrines like Zojini Temple, Meiji Temple, and Sensoji Temple, and other landmarks like the Imperial Palace and Nijubashi Bridge.
