Kathmandu (122)
Kathmandu, hoofdstad van Nepal en een erg drukke plaats. Mensen hebben kinderen en komen allemaal naar de hoofdstad om een beter leven te hebben. Kathmandu is het startpunt voor al het bergbeklimmen in de Himalaya en het is hier goed winkelen voor iets warms, met een merknaam, zonder echt het merk te zijn ... De echte hoogtepunten zijn de oude delen van de stad (plein) plus Patan , de grote Buddhinath Stupa en de brandende ghat.
Pokhara (71)
Pokhara is het startpunt voor trektochten in de westelijke Himalaya. Het was klein, maar is aanzienlijk gegroeid. Sommige rijkere Nepalezen hebben zich hier gevestigd. Een ochtend kanovaren op het meer kan echt mooi zijn, als het weer en uitzicht op de bergen Annapurna en Machu Puchare het toelaten.
Chitwan National Park (64)
Chitwan National Park heeft dieren in het wild zoals neushoorn (en tijger). Je ziet de dieren op de rug van een olifant, om veilig en droog te zijn.
Lumbini (15)
Lumbini is the Birthplace of the Lord Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama. He was born in 623 B.C. in the famous gardens of Lumbini, which soon became a place of pilgrimage.
Namche Bazaar (13)
Namche Bazaar is een dorp in het centrale Himalayagebergte dat beide wordt gebruikt voor handels- en toeristische doeleinden. Het ligt vrij dicht bij Mt. Everest en daarom een startpunt voor vele tochten die naar de hoogste berg ter wereld leiden.
