Santiago is the capital of Chile and the only real metropolitan city in the country. In the city centre you may not only find cable cars and the tallest building in the southern hemisphere, but also lots of (dirty) graffity on buildings. Not far are nice vinyards and the Andes.

San Pedro De Atacama is a small village close to the Salar de Atacame, a large salt lake, plus other natural wonders in a dry, volcanic landscape.

The Torres del Paine National Park is a beautiful national park featuring mountains, glaciers, lakes, and rivers in southern Chilean Patagonia.

Puerto Natales has many tourist facilities and is starting point for excursions to the world-renowned Torres del Paine National Park, one of the most popular national parks in Chile.

Punta Arenas is a city in Chile's southernmost Patagonia region, on the Strait of Magellan, that connects with the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. The city is a base for excursions and cruises to Puerto Natales, Tiera de Fuego and Antarctica.

Valparaiso is the second largest city of Chile and a major port. It has quite colorful buildings.

Puerto Montt is often considered the ´capital´ of Chilean Patagonia. It is in the far south of the Chilean mainland, where ships for the Chilean fjords depart and arrive.
