Intrepid Travel has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 1989. A company that began with two bearded backpackers, a typewriter and a kitchen table now leads 100,000 travellers across the globe each year.

About Nicaragua
Nicaragua, with capital Managua, is a Spanish-speaking country in Central America. It was re-discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1502 and since then Europeans left many traces. "Mestizos", children of locals and Europeans, were a result of these encounters. Nicaragua also has volcanos with a lot of national parks.

About Belize
Featuring a real tropical rain forest, amazing wildlife and Maya ruins should be enough for most travelers. But Belize also boasts the 2nd largest reef in the world with perfect scuba diving and snorkeling, for example in the famous Blue Hole.
