Scoresby Sound is a large fjord system on the eastern coast of Greenland. The main body may be 110 km long, but all its tributaries are up to 400 km long, making this one of the largest (and coldest) fjords in the world.

The Northeast Greenland National Park is the world's largest national park with a size of almost 1 million km2. It has been designated as an international biosphere reserve and is famous for its giant icebergs, huge mountains, tundra landscapes, fjords, musk oxen, polar bears and the best spots in the world to see northern lights. In winter almost nobody lives here.
