This 51 day overland tour journeys from cosmopolitan Buenos Aires up to Iguazu Falls and through the Southern Pantanal. Taking in vibrant Rio and some old colonial towns along the way ending in the historic port town of Belem. We take in the mighty Iguazu Falls and head to the wetlands of the Pantanal, one of the world’s most important environmental habitats. We stay on a traditional Brazilian cattle ranch exploring by horse back and further north, we enjoy the eco-tourism and outdoor activity capital of Bonito. We snorkel in crystal clear waters and enjoy one of Brazil’s prettiest coastlines, the Emerald Coast. The trip is perfect for lovers of the outdoors, with plenty of time exploring national parks of outstanding natural beauty; trekking and enjoying the adventure activities on offer.

  • This trip has a bit of everything. Some areas that you travel through may be physically challenging; for example you may be at altitude some of the time and you may be camping for several nights. The pace of the trip can be tiring at times and some facilities will be basic. However there will also be plenty of time to relax and some comfortable accommodation.
