The "Arctic Ice" is not a country. In fact there is not even land, just water and ice. The Arctic Ice describes the region around the North Pole that is frozen most of the year and the home of polar bears and sea lions.

France

The whole country is interesting for tourists, whether it is the capital Paris with Eifeltower and Louvre, the Cote d´Azur and Mediteranean, the Provence or the Atlantic coastal areas.
