Hurghada is a beach resort along Egypt's Red Sea with excellent snorkeling and scuba diving, similar to Sharm el-Sheikh.
Mount Sinai (aka Jabal Musa) is a mountain in the Sinai desert. It is one of several locations claimed to be the biblical Mount Sinai where, according to the Torah, Bible, and Quran, Moses received the Ten Commandments. The monastery of St. Catherine is nearby.
Saqqara is the location of ancient burial grounds of Egyptian royalty. It contains numerous pyramids, including the Step pyramid of Djoser.
