Finland is a large, modern country in Northern Europe. The spoken language is completely different from it's other Scandinavian neighbours with only Estonian and Hungarian being similar. There are very few cities, lots of trees and lakes and empty space. Helsinki is the official capital, but in winter Rovaniemi in the North is far more important for most tourists - with Sami, Reindeer, Northern Lights and Santa Claus. The Netherlands are known for the extremely flat landscape. A large area of the country is below sea level. Being surrounded by the water resulted in Windmills, Dykes and the Technical miracle called the Delta Water Works. The Dutch are the tallest people in the world and known to be very "open". Anything is possible. The Netherlands are very crowded and multi-cultural. Most Dutch speak multiple languages and ride a bicycle.
