There is a also beautiful architecture in Isfahan and ancient heritage sites like Shiraz.
Israel and the USA started a war against Iran on 27-Feb-2026. Missiles and bombs followed killing thousands all across the country. Tourist centres like Esfahan and Shiraz were also hit. Till further notice it is not safe to travel to Iran. US and Israeli citizens should avoid Iran indefinitely.
