Zambia seriously tries to protect it's wildlife, amongst which are the Big Five. 30% of the country is now a National Park. One of the main natural attractions of Africa can be found here, at the border with Zimbabwe and Namibia's Pan Handle: the mighty Victoria Falls. Although tourism in neighbouring countries is more significant, it certainly is on the rise in Zambia.
About TanzaniaTanzania and Kenya are the main destinations for great wildlife safaris in Eastern Africa. Both countries share the Serengeti Plains that features the Great Migration of wild animals and hosts the Masai people. Tanzania has the surplus of the (extinct) Ngorongoro crater, the highest mountain in Africa (Kilimanjaro) and Zanzibar for colourful spices and markets.
