This 9-day trip to Ghana gets you across the country from the capital Accra to the historic castles and forts of Elmina and the relics of the Ashanti Kingdom in Kumasi. Your journey begins in Accra, pay a visit to see National Museum where various sculptures that talk about West African tradition and customs giving you an insight of West African history. Next day, visit to the last material remains of the great Asante Empire as we visit the traditional Asante buildings that are now recognized as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
